Returns

We hope that you are extremely happy with your purchases from Hollie at Highclere, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item, provided you have notify us within 14 days of receipt and have returned the items within 14 days of the notification.

All items must be returned to us in perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) this will be checked once received. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened or used. Please ensure your return is properly packaged before sending. Please return the item/s to the following address:

Once your return is received and examined, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will follow this by notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 



After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days. 



Should you receive faulty or damaged goods, please ensure you contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. *Please note we will only offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. 



With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. We do recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for any reason the parcel fails to reach us. Where possible we suggest returning the item on a tracked service.
